I Say, I Can Breathe

I’ve come to the conclusion that I can go along with what everyone else is saying or I can go with what I hear the Lord say to me. I’ve made a commitment to stay on task with my inner knowing and my ear to hear, what the Lord says.

What influences my choice to go with the above is that I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that God’s way is the way to go, the way to be okay, and the way to see myself in his image. I’ve learned that no one is responsible for my gifts or how I choose to do what God has called me to do. That being said, I know the value of Lisa Renee and what she was created for. The ultimate sacrifice we make, in relation to our gifts and callings is to be transparent and know that we must be about our father’s business. 


I say, I Can Breathe…  In the midst of turmoil.


I say, I Can Breathe… While I’m having a Panic Attack.

I say, I Can Breathe… When I can’t see my way.

I Can Breathe while feeling like I’m not enough, 

When I’m feeling boxed in, 

When I stuffed my emotions,

I Can Breathe…when darkness is all around me,

When I Crave the presence of God,

When my voice is NOT heard,

While I am being timid,

I CAN BREATHE! It is God who breathed this breath of Life Into my Lungs as I entered into this realm called Earth.  I took my first breath with a sigh of Yes, this is different but this is how God intended it to be. I CAN BREATHE.
