Happy 4th of July to All!
This fine day represents our Independence of our freedom that we all have come to know and love. The freedom that allows us so many choices to do and say as we please.
I have to ask, are you operating in your freedom to be YOU?
Do you enjoy who you are being on a daily basis?
Are you operating in your freedom of expression?
Is life for you, as you want it? If not, begin to imagine and discover who you are when you are alone and maybe in the mirror talking to yourself. Who is that person, you often imagine having straight conversations with family and friends? The one who sets boundaries and sticks to them. The one who request respect rather than demand it. The one who is playful and doesn’t take life too seriously. The one who doesn’t mind crawling on the floor for a board game or perhaps a game of twister… Yes, that one who can laugh at herself when she trips and almost falls when no one is watching. Do you get what I mean when I ask you are you operating in your freedom to be YOU? You may have a few things to think about! Might I suggest you make a list of things to begin to operate in the Freedom 2B YOU.
A few things that work for me are:
- Staying focused on You.
- Think about what makes You happy, for a change.
- Do something fun and silly.
- Take a step back from work for a day or two.
- Go to a park, Climb on a swing and Swing as High as You Possibly Can! I dare YOU!
- Remember, You are the Most Funniest, Creative and Inspirational People Magnet Ever Created.
